Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Bars Recipe
Ingredients 10 ounces chocolate chunks (such as Ghirardelli® Bittersweet Chocolate) 1 ¾ cups unbleached flour 1 cup peanut butter ¾ teaspoon baking soda 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, or more to taste ¾ cup butter, softened ½ cup firmly packed brown sugar ½ cup white sugar Instructions Preheat the oven to 375°F (190 degrees C). In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, white sugar, and brown sugar with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Incorporate the egg and vanilla extract into the butter mixture.
