RECIPE FOR DELICIOUS EGG SALAD SANDWICHES

Lunches are something I always struggle with making for myself; a recipe for one seems like a lot of work, so I like to make something that can be stored in the fridge for a couple of days and can serve multiple people.

And eggs are always present in our home, but I usually use them for baking or for breakfast. I don't think much about making Egg Salad Sandwiches, which is strange given how delicious they are.

This recipe doesn't take long if your eggs are already boiled and cooled.

HOW TO MAKE OUR RECIPE FOR EGG SALAD SANDWICHES

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 8 large hard-boiled eggs
  • loaves of Hawaiian bread
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • pinch pepper and salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instruction :

1. Remove the shells from the eggs and dice them.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced eggs.

3. Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.

4. Scoop onto a slice of bread, top with another slice, and enjoy.

If you need to feed more than four people, this recipe works well in large batches.
